Old Crandon Park Zoo Engagement Photos
This Miami engagement photo session took us to the old Crandon Park Zoo on Key Biscayne. I’ve had a number of shoots on many locations on Key Biscayne over the years and this has to be one of the most beautifully preserved hidden gems this part of Miami has to offer. Even though it was a bit of a windy day the late afternoon sun created the perfect warm setting for this romantic walk at the old zoo. While on their walk about the park the local wild life continued to greet them with each turn including the most prominent resident being the Blue Indian peacock. Making the most of the grounds and the available light I followed Michelle and Mike as they visited some of the most popular sites at the old zoo. They laughed, danced, and cuddled as they took in a bit of old Crandon history.
Wrapping up the engagement session at the Old Crandon Park Zoo
As the sun began to set we finished shooting at the Old Crandon Park Zoo and made our way to the beach to take in the last of the soft light. Being that it was on the breezy side the beach was empty and between the sand dunes made for the best location to take the last few photos.
Unique locations for engagement photos on Key Biscayne
