The Breckenridge DTWN Bixby  2025

What began as one mom’s simple idea of getting our students together in a gym for a fun school dance, blossomed into an unforgettable, elegant evening none of us will soon forget.

Four moms put their heads together and poured their hearts into a fundraiser for their kids’ educational travels, and created a night that truly exceeded every expectation.

It was pure joy watching the students make the night their own. Gentlemen buying tickets for their dates, girls fixing hair and makeup together in the restroom, groups posing for photos, friends laughing over desserts, and dozens of kids rocking the dance floor. Jordan with Ignite the Night brought the energy and kept the party going, and The Breckenridge could not have been a more perfect venue.

It Takes a Tribe

The decorations set the stage from the moment guests walked in. A navy and gold balloon garland by Balloon Therapy Tulsa greeted families at the door.  Around the corner, an incredible step-and-repeat from Banners on the Cheap, sponsored by Shannon Orthodontics, created a stunning backdrop for photos. And glowing Alpha-Lit Tulsa marquee “TCA” letters lit up the stage, adding the perfect touch of glam.

Ezekiel e. Photography’s own Erik Esparza captured portraits and some dance-floor moments. Meanwhile Nancy Wilson Photography documented the candid magic throughout the night. Our private security officer, Marco, kept everyone safe, from the parking lot to the dance floor and we are grateful for his constant presence.

One of the highlights of the night was the raffle. Students received tickets at the door and gathered around the stage as over 100 kids cheered each other on during the prize drawings. With 21 amazing prizes donated by generous sponsors (listed below), the excitement was contagious. The grand prize, a full week at New Life Ranch, went home with a thrilled Avery Scott.

From the first photo to the last song, the Winter Fundraiser Dance was everything we hoped it would be, a night filled with joy, laughter, friendship, and community.
