A night dedicated to celebrating the agents, teams, and achievements that made 2025 remarkable.

The Coldwell Banker Annual Awards Celebration at the Renaissance Hotel in Tulsa was more than an awards ceremony. It was a night designed to honor the agents and teams whose hard work, consistency, and results helped shape an outstanding 2025.

From the beginning, it was clear this event was about the realtors.

Before the event, Amber Helvey made the direction clear: photograph the agents enjoying the night, because this event was for them. That perspective shaped the way the evening was documented.

Yes, the room looked incredible. Yes, the branding and event details were strong. But the real story was the people. The celebration, the connection, the laughter, and the appreciation behind it all.

The ballroom was filled with signature Coldwell Banker blue uplighting, a branded step-and-repeat, casino-themed table decor, and a beautiful buffet that included an interactive pasta station and a full spread of savory and sweet options.

Throughout the ballroom, screens highlighted award recipients and their 2025 accomplishments. One of the most striking displays of the night was the awards presentation itself, including the illuminated CB Diamond Awards and the many achievements recognized throughout the evening.

It was a strong visual reminder of how much had been accomplished across the region.

After opening remarks from President and CEO Bryan Sheppard, the evening quickly moved into full celebration mode. Dinner opened, drinks were poured, the music set the tone, and the casino tables filled with excited guests ready to have some fun.

From blackjack and roulette to Plinko and the LED Wheel of Fortune, the room stayed full of movement and energy. Some guests gathered for group photos. Others hit the dance floor. And around the tables, there were plenty of moments of laughter, excitement, and celebration that made the night such a joy to capture.

Throughout the evening, Bryan Sheppard continued recognizing agents and teams from across the region for their hard work and achievements throughout 2025.

It was a night full of well-earned recognition and genuine support for one another.
